On 5 and 6 October, the participants in the Capable project met in Rome, at the ANCE headquarters, for a first training session on the topic of energy efficiency of public buildings.
10 stakeholders came from Italy, Poland, Slovenia and Greece who in turn will disseminate the contents of the Capable project.
Various topics were addressed in the training, which are contained in the manual drawn up by the project and on an online platform.
In particular: how can a technician or administrator of a small organization access the funds that support energy efficiency measures; what are the most efficient technologies with the best economic convenience today.
The training concluded with a visit to a good practice: a large construction site on the outskirts of Rome where a large energy efficiency operation is underway (by the Gruppo Zeta Costruzioni s.r.l.) on three condominiums with 180 apartments in total.
Thermal insulation, improvement of seismic resistance, use of renewable energy with heat pumps powered by PV panels, computerized accounting of consumption, are among the measures that the “students”, tomorrow teachers, were able to appreciate first-hand.
