On 4 September 2026, the official kick-off event of the European LIFE HERMES project, in which PEDMEDE participates, will take place in Athens.
The LIFE HERMES project focuses on the development of “One-Stop Shops – OSS” for energy and non-energy renovation guidance of private residential buildings.
The event will bring together representatives of policymakers, municipalities, public authorities, property owners’ organisations and European projects, as well as experts from Greece and across Europe.
The central theme of the event will be the role of One-Stop Shops (OSS) in supporting residential renovation. Its aim is to facilitate the exchange of experience and good practices, as well as to develop practical recommendations for the design of services that respond effectively to the needs of property owners.
The discussion will feature representatives of the HERMES pilot municipalities, Greek public authorities and property owners’ organisations, as well as representatives of the European projects Renpower, LIFE CondoReno, OneClickRENO and INSPIRE-Us.
