Making the industry a better place together
There is a shortage of women in the demolition sector, which is predominantly male. But, over the years, more and more women are entering the industry.
Therefore, having in mind March 8th, the European Demolition Association wants to focus on women’s point of view within the demolition industry. Our associates took their time to narrate their unique experiences in the sector to highlight the role of the women in the industry and call for more women to enter the sector, especially the youngest ones.
