DISCOVER: First Pilot Implementation of the Robotic System at a Demo Site in Lisbon
As part of the European Horizon Europe project DISCOVER, in which PEDMEDE participates, Oliwall is being developed as an innovative robotic system designed to support more efficient, accurate and data-driven building inspection processes.
Equipped with advanced sensing, mapping and data collection capabilities, Oliwall can contribute to identifying building elements and materials, providing valuable information to support better decision-making in construction, renovation and the circular management of the built environment.
By combining robotics and digital technologies, DISCOVER is paving the way for safer, smarter and more sustainable practices in the construction sector.
The 1st Demo Side Event of DISCOVER in Portugal is organised by C5Lab – CoLAB for Sustainable Cement, in collaboration with the project consortium, with the aim of presenting and testing DISCOVER technologies in a real building environment.
PEDMEDE, as the project’s Dissemination and Communication Leader, will actively participate in the event, contributing to the promotion of its innovative technologies and the communication of its results.
