The kick-off meeting of the European Horizon DISCOVER project was successfully held with the participation of PEDMEDE.
The DISCOVER project aims to develop an autonomous, modern, and intelligent system for the recognition and analysis of material and product data in existing construction projects at the end of their life cycle. This approach will provide critical data-driven insights to researchers and professionals in the construction industry, making deconstruction more efficient, optimizing resource use, improving environmental footprints, and enhancing circularity in the construction sector.
During the meeting, partners had the opportunity to highlight the next steps, laying the foundations for the successful implementation of the project’s objectives. The program includes 14 partners from 7 countries.
