We are delighted to announce that the Erasmus+ project Job Orientation, in which PEDMEDE participated, has been recognized as a good practice by the European Union for its contribution to improving the link between vocational education and the labor market in the construction sector.
A key outcome of the project was the development of a comprehensive handbook providing practical guidelines for businesses, focusing on modernizing recruitment processes, as well as improving the pre-boarding and onboarding phases.
The Job Orientation project made a substantial contribution to enhancing the way companies identify, select, and integrate new human resources, while also supporting the successful entry of trainees into the labor market.
