This webinar, organized in collaboration with the MASTERY and BuildSkills Academy projects, aims to explore how micro-credentials are shaping the future of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and workforce mobility, with a particular focus on the construction sector.
The webinar will address:
🔹 The role of Erasmus+ projects in developing green skills and promoting transnational cooperation
🔹 Design and recognition of micro-credentials
🔹 The European policies needed to support upskilling and reskilling of workers in the context of the green transition, particularly in sectors such as construction
