Project main information :
The project “Training and Certification of employees in the construction and materials sector” includes two 80-hour subsidized programs relating to :
- Technical offers in Electronic Procurements
- BIM project
These programs are targeted towards 1.200 employees from all over the country while there is a beneficiary subsidized for each hour of training. The training programs will take place throughout the country and specifically in the centers of all Regions.
The project is part of the Operational Program Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Thematic Objective 08 “Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labor mobility”, Investment Priority 8v “Adapting Workers, Enterprises and Entrepreneurs to Change” and Specific Objective 2.2 “Adaptation of enterprises and their employees to new developmental requirements, in particular those with the characteristics of new development model of the country.
Objectives of the project :
The purpose of implementing this project is for the employees of any industry or business, to acquire additional knowledge and skills in the field of construction, which will have a direct impact on the enhancement of their professional competence.
