We are pleased to publish the 3rd Newsletter of the Pact for Skills initiative, which features updates from the coordinators and signatories of the Pact for Skills in Construction, highlighting initiatives, ongoing projects, and opportunities shaping the construction sector.
As part of showcasing actions and initiatives undertaken by the Pact’s signatories, this issue promotes PEDMEDE’s activities aimed at strengthening the digital and green transformation at both national and European levels.
In particular, two European initiatives in which PEDMEDE participates were presented, demonstrating its active contribution to the green and digital transition of the construction sector.
Particular emphasis was placed on the Green Circle project, in which PEDMEDE participates as a partner. The project promotes the development of micro-credentials for green skills, directly linking education with the labor market and enhancing the transparency and transferability of skills across Europe.
At the same time, the completion of the BIM4D project, which was successfully coordinated by PEDMEDE, was presented, along with the publication of the Transnational Policy Report. This report includes recommendations for strengthening circular construction, leveraging BIM technologies, and developing skills within the sector.
