The creation of a functional Digital Twin Demonstrator, a digital “replica” of a real construction site that allows trainers and learners to explore, understand, and manage 3D models, digital tools, and project data.

The two-day transnational training of trainers, where participants had the opportunity to test the Digital Twin, gaining hands-on experience and confidence in applying digital technologies within the construction sector.

The development of guidelines for the replicability of the demonstrator, enabling educational institutions and SMEs to adapt and use the tool in different contexts through simple, open, and cost-effective means.
