This newsletter, which presents updates from the coordinators and signatories of the Pact for Skills in Construction regarding initiatives, ongoing projects, and opportunities shaping the construction industry, highlighted PEDMEDE’s actions to strengthen digital and green transformation at both national and European levels.
In the 2nd issue of the bulletin, special mention was made of the ErasmusDays 2025 event organized by PEDMEDE within the framework of the Greece Build Expo, where a wide range of European projects was presented with an emphasis on digitalization, the circular economy, and skills development. At the same time, the presentation of PEDMEDE’s Alternative Waste Management System, PEDMEDE ECO, at the Expo was highlighted, as well as its actions to promote the use of recycled materials in the construction sector.
Furthermore, the newsletter included other PEDMEDE initiatives, such as its participation in the ET4Digital project training in Bologna on BIM and AR tools, the coordination of the first transnational webinar of the Green Circle project regarding micro-credentials, and the availability of the free educational program of the BIM4D project for sustainable deconstruction, all confirming PEDMEDE’s active role in shaping a more modern and sustainable European construction sector.
