The Training on Circular Economy and Climate Transition for Construction SMEs, in the framework of Work Package 2, is now underway!
This phase focuses on:
- Developing a methodology and detailed curriculum for blended learning, tailored to the needs of very small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction sector.
- Creating 50 hours of training resources in six languages, combining theoretical concepts, case studies, practical examples, and interactive exercises.
- Producing a practical guide for decision-makers, including checklists, roadmaps, and examples for integrating circular practices into company strategy, procurement, and site management.
Our goal is to strengthen the skills of SMEs and their trainers, supporting the transition to sustainable and climate-resilient practices in the construction sector.
