Scope: Drone4Build has a dual aim, first to increase the use of digital technologies and especially drones in the construction sector, and second to upskill the construction workers in the field of digitalization. Integrating drones into training and drones act as a useful tool in building renovation and retrofitting. As a result, the Drone4Build blended training program will be developed to address these goals.
Expected results: The project outcomes will be a strategic roadmap of drones’ skills and a European competence framework aiming to act as a useful tool related to the drone skills needed in construction. The development of innovative training for the use of drones in renovation. Last, a capacity building program related to the skills trainers needed and the development of the occupational profile of drone trainers.
