Scope:
The project aims to support the reappropriation of circular economy practices in European SMEs in the construction industry in order to meet the challenges of climate transition. Specifically, it strives to demonstrate the relevance of the circular economy in developing solutions to the climate transition challenges VSEs are facing, to train VSEs/SMEs in the construction industry in the practicalities of the circular economy, as well as support the practical adoption of the concepts.
Expected results:
- Train European VSEs in the sector to integrate the circular economy and accelerate the climate transition
- Raise awareness among European stakeholders to support these changes
- Improve the environmental practices of VSEs and reduction in greenhouse gas emissions
- Better integration of regulatory and technological developments in the construction process
