The 3rd Newsletter of the European project ET4Digital, in which PEDMEDE participates, is now available.
ET4Digital, co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, aims to strengthen the digital competences of trainers and construction professionals, supporting the adoption of new technologies and the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The third edition of the Newsletter highlights the project’s key results and recent activities, with particular emphasis on the Capacity Building Programme, which consists of four training courses. These cover Digital Technologies for Construction and Renovation, BIM for SMEs, Digital Technologies and Processes in the Built Environment (Digital Twins & AI), and Removing Cultural Barriers to Digitisation in SMEs.
The Newsletter also presents the training resources available through the e-learning platform, as well as the National Multiplier Events organised across seven European countries, bringing together more than 100 participants from the vocational education and training (VET) and construction sectors.
Finally, the Newsletter highlights the key takeaways from the project’s Final Conference, held on 1 October 2026 in Klagenfurt, Austria, focusing on the role of digital innovation and skills development in shaping the future of construction.
