Final conference of the VET4LEC project on 6/11/2018

As already announced, on 6th November the EU Social Partners of the construction industry, FIEC and EFBWW, will organise the final conference of their joint VET4LEC project, in Brussels. This is an official event of “EU Vocational Skills Week”.

VET4LEC stands for “Inclusive vocational education and training (VET) for low energy construction” and the aims of the project are, on the one hand, to examine, in 10 Member States, if and how “green” skills are taken into account in the national VET systems and, on the other hand, to see what role such policies can play in attracting more youngsters and women into the construction sector.

During the conference the outcomes and main findings of the project, which was undertaken in cooperation with the University of Westminster, will be presented and discussed. Participation is free of charge and is open to any interested stakeholder. The invitation and the final draft programme can be found by clicking on the button below.
