data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"383\">to serve as a channel for <strong data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"344\">transnational knowledge exchange<\/strong> on skills in the construction sector<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"476\">\n<p data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"476\">to provide <strong data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"458\">up-to-date information on current and future skills needs<\/strong> in construction<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"642\">\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"642\">to support <strong data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"594\">construction companies, industry professionals and Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers<\/strong> in adapting and upgrading training programmes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"897\">At the same time, the Construction Skills Observatory aims to serve as a complement of the data and information provided on construction ecosystem by the European Construction Sector Observatory (ESCO), strengthening the understanding of developments, trends and needs within the construction ecosystem at the European level.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"1087\">By collecting and analysing data from many <strong data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"970\">European Union countries<\/strong>, users can gain a more comprehensive picture of <strong
