To achieve this, it focuses on improving career guidance, professionalising recruiting, and enhancing the onboarding phase. The emphasis is on individualised support for new employees\/trainees from the start to address deficits and ensure a successful transition<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #06718f;\">Expected Results: <\/span><\/strong>The project will yield a methodology aligning company requirements with skills and assign tools for recruiting and onboarding. Emphasis is on adapting and utilizing these tools,with additional support and coaching recommendations. All methods will be compiled into a manual and training in workshop format will be developed and tested for implementing these tools in companies.
