The project partners had the opportunity to discuss the development of the training material and the creation of micro-credentials, aiming to highlight and upgrade skills at EQF 3-4 level.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the project is to enhance the attractiveness of the construction sector as well as the occupation of painters , in order to overcome market barriers and upgrade the training of groups such as\u00a0 unemployed people, migrants, and adults.The project wants to update the training, considering also the new digital and environmentally friendly techniques.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the partners had the opportunity to visit the facilities of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/flc--fundaci-n-laboral-de-la-construcci-n-del-principado-de-asturias\/\"><u>FLC-Fundaci\u00f3n Laboral de la Construcci\u00f3n del Principado de Asturias<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The partners of the project: \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/flc--fundaci-n-laboral-de-la-construcci-n-del-principado-de-asturias\/\">FLC-Fundaci\u00f3n Laboral de la Construcci\u00f3n del Principado de Asturias<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAACaEShoBB2T9xgeSvFHV75NjGI90lhsTjrc\">UNIEP Union Internationale des Entrepreneurs de Peinture<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/european-painting-partners\/\">European Painting Partners<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/formedil\/\">FORMEDIL \u2013 Ente unico formazione e sicurezza<\/a>, IMANOVATION, PEDMEDE<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 5-6 March, PEDMEDDE participated in the 2nd in-person meeting of the European TWwp &#8211; Trained Worldwide Painters Project in Oviedo, Spain.
