Scope<\/strong>:<\/span> The \u201cTrained World While Painters \u2013 TWwP\u201d intends to enhance the attractiveness of a specific sector (construction) and occupation (painter), to overcome market barriers faced by groups such as migrants and to upskill unemployed people, migrants, and adults from other sectors. The project wants to update the training, considering also new techniques,\u00a0environmentally friendly and digital aspects.<\/p>\n

Expected results<\/strong>:<\/span> The project foresees to produce:<\/p>\n

– Training modules based on the Painter\/Varnisher qualification level 3 and level 4 in a micro-credential approach<\/p>\n

– A dedicated pedagogical digital resource \u2013 PaintMeApp in 7 different languages, for smartphones<\/p>\n

– Practical case studies and assessment resources to be included in the PaintMeApp to evaluate the trainers during the training period,<\/p>\n

-3 podcasts and 3 videos to support pedagogical guidelines to teachers and trainers<\/p>\n
