On Monday, October 4, 2021, PEDMEDE participated in a working meeting, which took place online in the framework of the Construction Blueprint project.
During the meeting, the participants mentioned the differences that exist in the certification and skills recognition systems in each country but also in the current situation of the approved occupational profiles and the need to update them, in order to follow the demand and needs of the market.
The purpose of the Blueprint project is to highlight the professional profiles that need immediate updating, in the light of three themes:
- Energy efficiency
- Digitization
- Circular Economy
The occupational profiles highlighted by the project will be the focus of the training programs to be developed, which are expected to be completed immediately in the next period.
