The European Construction Blueprint 2 project , in which PEDMEDE participates, has now entered the design phase of its training programme, which aims to address the real needs of the construction sector by promoting upskilling and reskilling of the workforce across Europe.
The curriculum currently under development is based on key competences that have been identified as priorities for addressing the present and future challenges of the sector, targeting both Vocational Education and Training (VET) centres and Higher Education Institutions. The programme focuses on thematic areas such as:

Digitalisation & industrialisation of construction

Green and sustainable construction

Transversal skills

Promotion of the attractiveness of the sector
In parallel, the project will also incorporate an interactive map of good practices, collected in the previous Blueprint, as well as other new ones identified in the framework of the Construction Blueprint 2 project.
