On January 21 and 22, PEDMEDE participated in the kick-off transnational meeting of the European project GAMESONBOARD, which took place in Kerpen, Germany, marking the official start of a new innovative European collaboration in a particularly positive atmosphere of cooperation and creative dialogue.
During the two-day meeting, all project work packages were presented in detail, with an emphasis on the objectives, deliverables, and timelines of each WP. At the same time, the partners coordinated the immediate and long-term next steps, ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of the project. A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to the exchange of ideas, views, and expectations regarding the progress of GAMESONBOARD, as well as the discussion of best practices and potential challenges.
The GAMESONBOARD project, within the framework of Erasmus+, aims to modernize the onboarding process for international trainees, enhancing intercultural adaptation, inclucivity, and the professional readiness of participants. Through the development of an innovative AI digital platform with gamification elements, the project aspires to offer more effective onboarding solutions for companies and VET institutions, with long-term benefits for all stakeholders involved.
A big thank you to Interaktiv for the hospitality and project coordination, as well as to all the partners!
