The kick-off meeting for our new European project, BIM4D: “Developing Green and Digital Skills for the Use of BIM in End-of-Life Practices,” coordinated by PEDMEDE, was successfully completed.
The project partners convened on May 30-31, 2024, in Bologna, Italy. The project aims to develop skills in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for end-of-life practices in buildings. During the meeting, the partners discussed the project’s next steps, focusing on the research regarding the skills needed for using BIM at the end of a building’s life cycle.
The consortium comprises vocational and educational training institutions and professional associations with extensive experience in the construction sector. The partners hail from Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Germany, and Belgium.
