Development of a Long-term action plan and Roadmap for employability of young people in the construction sector, in the framework of the European Pact4Youth Project in which PEDMEDE participates

In the framework of the Pact4Youth project, in which PEDMEDE participates, we have created a Long Term Action Plan and Roadmap that aims to strengthen youth employability in the construction sector. The plan focuses on three key areas:

✅Industry Image: Actions to improve the perception and attractiveness of the sector.

✅ Education and Counselling: Strengthening skills, training and guidance for young people to better integration into the labour market.

✅ Administrative and Legislative issues: Proposals to improve the institutional framework and reduce barriers for employment.

With this plan, we aim to create a more supportive environment that will allow young people to develop their skills and access quality job opportunities.
