PEDMEDE’s European Project Department, successfully participated in the 5th CCP-LAW partners’ meeting in Kedah, Malaysia, which was held from 23 to 26 April at Utara University, one of the country’s leading universities.
On the first day, project partners from Asia and Europe had the opportunity to discuss various aspects of the project’s progress, with a focus on the Climate Change Law Education Programme.
On the second day of the meeting, training sessions were held by the University of Girona for the delivery of courses on climate policy and law, and by Coverty University for blended learning.
On the third day, the partners had the opportunity to meet with the University’s administration and learn about the goals and vision of the university.
Finally, the project partners participated in a field trip to Lankagwi, the first UNESCO Global Geopark in Southeast Asia and visited national parks and geoparks.
