SUSODCO partners met virtually by 26-27 September within the framework of the 3rd transnational SUSODCO project meeting, in order to share SUSODCO project challenges and progress made so far. Therefore, milestones, achievements, barriers, good practices and recommendations for reaching the project objectives towards reinforcing the sectoral Social Dialogue (SD) in National level and project partners (construction sector social partners) capacity in SD were made.
Main outputs reached within the project progress were exchanged, the most recently produced ones being the organization of the Capacity Building events aiming at capacity building of social partners in a wide spectrum of activities relevant to SD, communication, digitalization etc, the development of SD platform sharing good practices in the field, along with the development of the communication campaigns in national level aiming to raise awareness in SD top priorities addressed through countries involved (Greece, Slovenia, Hungary, Cyprus, Croatia).
Within the forthcoming period, the SD platform sharing good practices will be on air, whereas the 4th Capacity Building event is foreseen to take place by begging of November 2021, organized by Cyprian partners.
In parallel, National communication campaigns are under progress and development in order to boost Social Dialogue in partner countries and address relevant challenges identified.
